Sounds like an okay idea to me.
I don't know about this ,Rae.
Try and see if it works nothing to lose

I've decided to put myself on some kind of schedule that might sound insane, but I feel like I'm going insane and have no direction in my life right now.
It's just a simple schedule to keep my mind somewhat occupied.
There are a few things I need to get back to which will be on this schedule of mine.
And they will be realistic, because I have the tendency to be an all or nothing type person.
Lately, it's been on the nothing side and I've learned from trying and failing to be "all in" that is better just to do things consistently and daily as boring as that sound.

I actually make a schedule for the next day each night. It really helps you to not forget things and organize your day

My problem is being flexible if something comes up.
Sometimes, I think quite rigidly.

@Justmeraeagain if something comes up, then what was on today's schedule goes on tomorrow's schedule if possible

I just get unreasonably uptight sometimes.
But that is good advice

schedule your madness
Justmeraeagain · 56-60, F
@MartinTheFirst the funny thing about the madness I don't really need to schedule it just sort of there

@Justmeraeagain your madness sounds quite disciplined and consistent
Nothing ventured, nothing gain.
