My friend, find some people any people. Tell them your story. In real life. Not on the internet. A church. Any church. Neighbors. A convenience store. Tell a real life human what you feel. In person.

Thanks but I talked to a bunch of people, pastors, therapists... I've been on antidepressants since 2001. I think my friends were put off by it... Its just a twisted, ugly mess. I don't know why I even brought it up here. But thanks, I appreciate it.

@Scottrayne: you need no people. Also whoever is prescribing meds should be qualified and meds should be updated. If you are getting them from a family doc you should go to a psychiatrist it would make a world of difference. Constant adjustment based on new information is crucial. You can be happy my friend believe it!

This is just a suggestion.... focus on the things about your life you don't like and try and change them.... occupy your time with challenging yourself to improve what you can.... but at the same time continue getting therapy.... come on here often for support .... best of luck... please don't give up on life.....
