I came through - not sure how for much of it - but in overcoming I developed insights and patterns that have made me a stronger person for it.

I almost hate getting better because I know it is only a matter of time before I relapse and have to adjust medication or routine and probably both. Again. I have to accept it will probably continue until I die.

I've heard that from an aquaintance. never give up the fight!
