I Fight Depression and Loneliness Everyday

I self harmed, I attempted suicide. And everyday, I battle. I got treatment for panic attack and panic attack brings anxiety, I have agoraphobia. So yeah, I battle with it everyday. And the thought of suicide is just sleeping in my mind.

Say what?! That description is literally me. Like, it fits me too perfectly. Used to self harm? check. Attempted suicide? check. agoraphobia? OH yes. I couldn't even see a concert that I payed $300 in the city because I got so panicked that I had to leave.

So, if it's any consolation at all, you're not the only one...

I am glad that I am not alone doing all this bundle of self harming pack. I also have existential crisis too
