Hey Rokrchik I have been in that situation with a visible wound to my neck -either people didn't notice or they just didn't say anything. If your hair usually covers it hopefully people won't notice.

Maybe you need to take some time out from trying to deal with so much and recognize you're doing the best you can and that you're only human. It is really impossible to discuss on a forum like this I know -but I want you to be kinder to yourself

Faerylight. Thanks. I am hoping my hair covered it for the most part. I am trying take a little time this evening to relax a little bit so I don't breakdown and endanger myself. Yeah it will be a lot easier to talk on here once they get the messaging part of this site completed

take time to heal dont hurt your self go talk about it to soem one you know and trust and tr y to love your self beacuase yo u know what you deserve to be happy honey i pray that you will be fine sugar

@Faerylight I am not really okay, but I am alive with a sore neck and a really visible mark on my neck if my hair moves so that it stops covering it up. I have been having a rough week. I have been trying to deal with a lot of things this week. One of them is a really complex situation and I am just overwhelmed, exhausted and overly stressed. It really takes a toll on me and makes my mental conditions worse. It just kind of happened :(

Hello. I'm really sad to hear that you felt so bad you did that. I hope you are OK. I think you really need to get to the bottom of what is making you feel such "extreme" emotions and then hopefully work on feeling better
