also depressed can I ask what you're doing to help yourself are you taking medication seeing a therapist or in a support group I just want to reach out maybe I can offer some helpful information

Depression bipolar support Alliance is a National Organization they may have support group in a city close to you.

The National Alliance of mental illness is another National Organization.

I would check out both of those online and see what's they may have available I don't know of any that are actually online I live in the Detroit area so finding a meeting is not hard
