I have concerns
I fear my dad might have vascular dementia simply because his memory is getting bad and he is now refusing to walk because his legs hurt.
Yesterday his personality changed from an adult to a child like manner I was shocked he told me if I didn’t let him use the commode he would do it in his pants.
A friend who is a carer was speaking to me and asked me if they have considered vascular dementia but it does all makes sense.
His memory, his personality changes and his legs hurting him to the point he doesn’t want to walk anymore.
To say I’m worried is an understatement and if they can’t find anything wrong with him though the hundreds of tests his had now I’m thinking it could be this!!
