Continuity - am I autistic?

My wife and I were watching a TV show the other night. I pointed out a continuity error that kept showing throughout a scene. She raised and eyebrow and mumbled something about me being autistic?

I think I just am able to notice things and have an focus on details whilst still able to view the bigger picture.

I then pointed out a similar one in the same show the week before. She was like "See and you remember the details".

UK folks they were in episodes 2 and 3 of the latest series of Van Der Valk. I wonder if anyone else on here spotted them, say what you saw in the comments.

Sounds to me like she meant it more as a slur because she was annoyed lol... But psychology is in its baby state I feel like, for example when I was a kid aspergers and autism was the same to anyone's knowledge, and it feels like we're now finding out that a lot of people are neurodivergent, like it's basically the most common thing ever and it can be anything from super mild to super noticable... I think psychology should be taken with a gran of salt in general, because it seems like we know very little about it. So maybe if you lived 100 years longer there'd be a new word for something that you are or have lol, who knows.

I’ve not seen the show, but I do the same thing. I prefer to call it “standards.” 😂

There's a newscaster that pauses in the middle instead of the end of sentences - it drives me nuts, I cannot listen to her...meanwhile, nobody else seems to notice....so maybe it's just a quirk/trigger that bears some similarity...
