Don't self-diagnose. There's a reason you have to go to college for six years and get a license before you're legally allowed to diagnose people. Because if you aren't educated or trained, you're very likely to misdiagnose. Just ask your psychologist. There's nothing to be embarrassed about. It's literally their job.
