im just gonna list all the ways i stim

my main 1 is sucking on things. its unusual not 2 see me without something in my mouth. usually i keep a chew toy on me 4 this, but if i dont have it then anything else works. besides that i also stim, in no particular order:

with a spin ring thing i wear
hair twirling
hand flapping
rocking back and forth
tapping my fingers on stuff

ik theres more i do but honestly i cant remember them. might edit this post l8r if i think of them
