How does one cope with boredom in the workplace? [I Live With Autism]
I get that I can't just...not do my job, as an admin for my country/towns covid vaccination efforts it's a pretty important job , and also my first.
Half the time, the work fascinates me ,I'm autistic, and I'm working with streams and streams of data, and responding to vaccination calls, on good days , people seem pleased with my work, communication and data/IT management seem to come naturally to me.
But on bad days, wether it's from simple issues I can't solve just freezing me or boredom, I just can't ...do the things I needa do.
Idk how people do stuff like this, my child brain gets bored so fast I needa focus on like 3 other things to keep me focused on the work. I know I neeed the job, just half the time it's meelting my brain.
