Idk just somethings I do that I noticed. [I May Be Autistic]

For starts I’ve been diagnosed with ADD. But I really think that maybe I’m high functioning autistic.
Here’s why:

1) I absolutely do not like sudden change. If there’s a plan in the morning of my day. Nothing is to change that plan or I’ll freak out. (Unless it’s an emergency).
2) I can’t stand excessive noise. Sometimes even my birds chirping or a dog barking or even my boyfriend talking on the phone is just too much. Even when I was growing up. Just the sound of my parents chewing (mouths closed!) would piss me off.
3) when Im really overly excited my arms and hands shake.
4) there’s a few more things just don’t want to list them out yet.

Idk anyone a medical professional that could give me ideas?

I’m not sure a self diagnosing of such a thing is a good idea . You have some ways and behaviour of being on the autism spectrum . But so do about 21% of people in developing nations , some of yours can be due to developed historical habits and experiences , or mood imbalance. Some of us need more structure and routines than others

@Wishingwellguy the only reason I’m even thinking about the possibility isn’t that it negativity effects me. I’ve been able to do normal human things on my own. It’s just my mom has worked with autistic kids and their families before I was adopted and I know a lot of the signs even in really high functioning people. Just idk. It’s more out of curiosity than a concern.

My brother is on the higher end of the spectrum with special needs , and I’m on the lower end , the eccentric side more really and simpler to yourself . Function in my own ways really @londonbr1dge
