I Have Aspergers Syndrome

We both have this condition, it is a condition not an illness that can be cured, most of the time we are together and we can deal with the world and cope with almost anything now we are growing up, we do not like being apart, that is hard, even if one of us has to go off and do something others would think normal like get a drink when we are out somewhere we both instantly feel uncomfortable. Our communication was not always good but it is now we were lucky in having a mum who learned so much to help us and some good tutors too, most people would not know we are Aspergers but we got labeled as crazies a long time ago and that's stuck. We play football a lot, we love it, at football academy someone name called us on our first day, it was someone from the local school, not the one we go to, the coach had sent him home right away and we have had no problems there since, we can even cope with being on separate coaching squads, it's a safe place for us.
Mum is a hero. We are lucky most aspies do not have a twin to support them. There is also when someone takes on one of us they take on both, we have had a fair few fights, but we always go for one target, and no one wants to risk getting that. People think twice before pissing us off. But because we are the ones with the ‘special need’ we usually get blamed.

Well done the coach. It is good that he stood none of that nonsense. Thank you for another description of your life together. I read this experience last. You are impressive youths. I should mention your mum but do not want to sound patronising.

Good for you for standing up for each other. I cannot understand why you should get the blame though. Well, on second thoughts I can, and it does no credit to the people who blame you. You are wonderful brothers
Thank you again. The boys I talk to have a problem with being left alone by themselves to., that's how I got to know them, if there on the phone talking they don't feel like there by themselves. Me and there house father thought it could be because they had be mistreated and I think this could be the reason or both. No one should be calling you guys names like that, I guess it makes them feel superior doing that. Thank you for being here on sw, your mother sounds like a very good lady,
