I Have Asperger's Syndrome

I too have asperger's syndrome and I have to say that one of the primary reasons the world continues to burn fossil fuels is that they're cheap and convenient. As soon as Renewable energy prices fall below natural gas I expect to see the grid rapidly adopt Solar and Wind and Batteries. I don't think the world is going to do anything drastic like it or not like ban fossil fuels because our economies are entirely too dependent on energy and I don't think the people would put up with black outs and that sort of thing as much as It might be worth it to get off of fossil fuels I don't think they would tolerate it. It's because of this that I feel our efforts, our money and our resources are best focused towards efforts to clean up the grid and support electric vehicles as well. I pressured my dad to do what little we as a family could to help the planet and we get all of our homes energy from a startup called Arcadia power that lets families who live in manufactured homes that cannot support Solar power or RENT apartments they cannot just retrofit with Solar panels without the approval of the manager of their apartment complex get all of their energy from renewable sources. We're entirely as of presently powered by Wind. Now the only thing that gives me hope is that Wind Turbines are getting bigger and more efficient as are solar panels. The prices are falling. Not to mention we're finding enormous benefits from Electric Vehicles like they don't cost as much to maintain and to get your energy from plugging in saves an enormous amount that would have otherwise gone towards Gasoline. They accelerate fast, they don't make a lot of noise in operation they're quiet and smooth compared to conventional vehicles and their owners love them. I really don't see the world cutting our energy use- personally I expect as globalization continues to see more and more energy use- Therefore I think what we really need is to clean up the grid. We can accelerate the rate at which that happens by using Arcadia power- it's more money towards Wind Farms which incentivzes research and more efficient wind turbines. As more and more of us demand Clean energy from the grid there will be greater incentive to clean it up.
In either event I really don't see the nuerotypical world cutting back on it's energy consumption so the only real way forward is to clean up the grid.
