I Have Autism, Aspergers Syndrome to Be Precise

I have Asperger's syndrome and Selective mutism. I do talk but sometimes my voice cuts off and I am unable to, I can't explain this but it can be quite a hinderance. I feel that I wouldn't have went as far in my academics if I did not have Asperger's, people usually get distracted by what's going on around them, if there's a fly in the room or if they have a scab on their arm to pick, however none of that stuff matters when your future is in the room waiting to be made up.
I have an ambition to make Autism and Aspergers more recognised to the world so people like me can be accepted into society without being labelled under a very large bracket of names
