I used to do private home health care years back and my last patient was finally diagnosed with it. She also had advanced dementia that had been previously diagnosed. That was in February and we lost her in August. Needless to say, I dont do that kind of work anymore.

@TexasOutlawTrey He was diagnosed about 4 years ago, but looking back, we realize he probably had it for some time before his diagnosis.

@TexasOutlawTrey I helped him aand grandma get groceries, dinmer and house cleaned every week for 2 years. Shortly before he passed, he thought I was one of the nurses that visited 3 times a week.

I think my mom's mom had it. she was basically a vegetable by the time she died.

My mother suffers from dementia and memory loss. It hasn’t been classified as Alzheimer’s at this point, and she still has good days, but it’s difficult to see the changes.
