I Have Agoraphobia
I had agoraphobia for a long time (over 10 years). I thought I would never be cured, but I am. So please dont lose hope..and lovan has helped me, it may not help you but medication can help with getting rid of the panic attacks.

I hate when the drs say im depressed because i have a script for it. Nooo I am happy but anxious, two different things..
@Nikkynoo Mine is for anxiety but I do have depression too. Doctors can be dumb sometimes. I have been on it 5 years. But before that I was on various others before I found one that suited me.

Yes everytime I go in, they assume I have depression, cause apparently they go hand in hand, but I was a non depressed agoraphobic :)
@Nikkynoo Also they are called antidepressants. They think anti anxiety is like Xanax. Which it is but I find antidepressants reduce anxiety more consistently. Benzos lose effectiveness if taken chronically.
