Thank you so much. I have had a healthy lunch and organised my stuffs. Its a progress. I am very happy with myself and for slowly pushing myself to learn to organise things.
As you know Organising is quite hard for ADHD brains. I noticed the three big challenges were - 1) Unable to decide where to start. I often just sit among the things just unable to start. Solution - TOUCH TO START. Just pick the nearest stuffs which I can start. Clothes Jewellery Pile of Papers. Anything. Starting to touch them is 80% of Work . 2) Getting distracted with Perfection and Overwhelm of - Where to keep this and that !
Solution - SEGREGATE. Take few plastic bags or Cartons boxes. And keep things there. In bag 1,2 put laundry, in bag 3 put jewellery self Care , in bag 4 put papers. YOU DON'T HAVE TO SORT EVERYTHING IN ONE DAY. Just Segregate them .
3) Hyperfocus to point of draining. Not worth it . Not worth it at all.
Solution - 50% is 100% Its a gradual process. Functional Organisation is the goal. You don't have to have it all tip Top organised .
