I'm not either but I understand the pain of trying to find the balance between a need for routine and predictability in order to avoid anxiety that badly affects health and the crushing boredom such life brings that eventually leads to understimulation, deep feeling of unfulfillment and eventually depression.
It's hard to find balance between the two.

Uh that's not a proper axis diagnosis, the two usually are considered one of the person is autistic past a level 3 on the autism scale

@BurningBright it's not a diagnosis now, but it should be. Very interesting never heard that community term.
Btw Asperger's are geniuses and I love them don't take terminology too seriously

@TurtlePink AuDHD is the simplest way of indicating you are Autistic, “Au” as well as ADHD. I’m interested in if you are diagnosed or self ID as either of these?
