I Have Adhd

Do you ever get it when you're in the shower holding the soap and thinking.."did I just use this or was I about to use this?".

I literally have to smell myself to see if I'm clean or not 😕

I'm ADD and was that way a longtime before it was a diagnosis! It made school very difficult. But know as an adult I look at it as a constant sense of discovery.
