Do you ever get it when you're in the shower holding the soap and thinking.."did I just use this or was I about to use this?".

I literally have to smell myself to see if I'm clean or not 😕

I do. I really do. Also hair washing. Did I just wash my hair 🤔 look down to see if you can see bubbles. Hmmmm. 🤔 let me wash them again
