Well, there is the obvious of getting distracted really easily. Sometimes I can't even tell myself how a train of thought got started or what I was originally thinking about. I do want to fidget with my hands a lot, especially when I'm emotional. I think it might also be a factor in sometimes having trouble sleeping.

People always gave me a hard time because I couldn't learn or figure things out "just like everyone else could". No matter how hard I tried, people kept accusing me of just wanting to be difficult. However, if people explain things to me my way, I learn it way faster and recall it much better than neurotypical people do.

You forget things a lot when you're rushed. Mine effects my speech at times. My mouth moves faster than my brain so things I say could be backwards, filler words, and just a whole train of thought could get zapped out of a conversation. I write better than I speak because of that.
But! There are pros. Your reflexes are superhuman, when you are focused you can multitask like a ninja on coke. Haha
