How to not be an attention seeker?

I think seeking attention is not a bad thing, unless in order to gain attention, you sacrifice yourself and self-respect.

Lots of people express themselves in ways that attract attention. Musicians. Actors. Artists. Fashionistas. Dancers.

This might go all the way back to childhood, in which case attachment theory could be worth looking at. Inner child work can take years though, but probably worth it.

Stay away from the crowd and limelight.

Don’t seek attention 🤦🏻‍♀️

Act above it all.

Be born after 1999

Focus on yourself.

Be indifferent and aloof
