ADHD and productivity ?

As a someone with ADHD, I thrive on finding effective ways to stay productive and avoid feeling overwhelmed.
One strategy that has worked wonders for me is creating to-do lists. SIMPLE AND EASY !
If you have any other suggestions, I'm all ears and ready to up my game but I have tried so many things (including digital planning) before and this is what works the best.

The purpose of my to-do lists isn't necessarily to check off every task since, let's face it, my brain is wired differently and distractions come easily. Rather, they serve as a roadmap to keep me on track and organized. Today's agenda includes completing a few accomplishments:

- cleaning my house : check
- creating content and posting on my business social media accounts : check
- applying to at least 10 job offers : check
- finishing a PowerPoint presentation : check
- starting an SEO audit for my client's website : work in progress

I've already achieved a lot. Now I deserve a Gin Tonic, right ? 馃槀

@Strawbsy You might want to consider martial arts. Not only does it promote health and fitness, (i modestly am an exemplar of both) but it improves focus and, surprisingly, right - brain thinking (intuitiveness).

You do deserve one!

Wow. Good. You externalized motivation and it worked. Not all ADHD people can do that.

@uncalled4 To be frank, if i didn鈥檛 write down what I needed to do, i would鈥檝e accomplished nothing ! I love accomplishing things. It鈥檚 what motivates me the most. I hate boring. I like doing stuff. But I also tend to let my adhd consume me to the point where I can procrastinate a whole day.
