I Have Adhd

I’ve been on my way to learning more about ADHD, and so far I’ve uncovered exactly why I do the things I do. I never really have adhd much thought when I was younger, but now it’s clearly impacting my relationships and life. So, I’m glad that I’m not alone. Watching Dr. Barkley’s videos helped me greatly!
