I feel a lot of that through my severe anxiety and depression, things aren't easy for anyone, but I definitely understand your personal struggles,
One win feels like it highlights 3 other losses, it sounds like it's been really hard on you, it took me so long to even see that I was hiding away from people.
Me personally I leaned into religion and that became my crutch to get me out of my hole, so I really hope you find that support system, those people that are somewhere and are able to help you.
Just remember, it's okay to be happy, it's okay to be sad, even if it feels like everyone hates you , there is ALWAYS someone who will be willing to help and listen, even if it feels like it takes a lot of effort to find them

@GeminiDuality Thank you so much for your compassion and insight! I am so happy that you found your support system, and leaned into your spirituality! I am proud of you!
Thank you for sharing this. It takes a lot of courage to open up about what you’re going through. I can relate to feeling overwhelmed and needing time to process things. It’s okay to need space sometimes; it doesn’t mean you’re alone or that your loved ones don’t care. Have you thought about how you might share this with them? Maybe finding a comfortable way to express your feelings could help bridge that gap. Just remember, it’s perfectly fine to have ups and downs. You’re not alone in this.🌻

@HelloItsMeAgain I’m really glad to hear that my comment resonated with you! It sounds like you’re navigating some tough feelings around isolation, and it’s completely understandable to have concerns about how others might perceive you.
Opening up to your support system can be a big step, and it’s okay to take your time with it. Remember, sharing your feelings doesn’t make you “crazy”; it shows strength and courage to be vulnerable.
It’s great that you find freedom in being anonymous here; it can be so valuable to express those thoughts without fear of judgment.
If you do decide to share more with your close ones, think about those who have shown they can listen without judgment. It might even open up deeper connections, just like you mentioned!
I’m here to support you in whatever way you need.😀

@HelloItsMeAgain My goodness you're insightful! Thank you so much for your support and compassion. Thank you, for taking the time to write such a genuine reply.😭😭😭
@HelloItsMeAgain Very welcome 🙏 🌻🤗
There is a workaround as you can't go on like this. It means you are so predictable that people know how to put you off. The problem is in talking as both parties start picking on each other finding fault every line.
From predictable you can become unpredictable and get things done your way.

I hope you feels better after meditation. Or you would, if you haven't tried it yet.
HelloItsMeAgain · 26-30, F
@ABCDEF7 I have tried to meditate a few times. My mind always ends up wandering. I have heard some amazing things about meditation! I wish, I could figure out how to turn my mind off, long enough to effectively meditate.😭😭

Sounds like u may be suffering from bipolar depression.
HelloItsMeAgain · 26-30, F
@Wiseacre I actually was diagnosed with Bipolar and PTSD a few years ago. I take medication for it. I feel like, society tends to make jokes surrounding Bipolar disorder, invalidates the experiences of those who genuinely struggle with it. Sometimes, I want to talk to my "friends" about my experiences, but I am so afraid being judged. I am afraid of them calling me "crazy". I can't say I blame them. How on earth can a "healthy" mind fathom their moods changing by what almost feels like a second?...
