Your dad, even if you're the least favourite, is going to know you're not doing well if he's even paying the slightest bit of attention.
"Dad, I'm not doing well, I'm sure you can tell I'm struggling. I want to be happier and better. I'm trying everything I can but I think I need therapy."

@CountScrofula yeah.. he doesn't pay attention. He's too caught up in his own things to really notice. For claiming that he knows about everything that happens in his house, he seems to miss alot
@Idfkanymorelol and even if i do ask for therapy, he's either just gonna straight up deny it, try to make therapy sound bad cus its ran by white/caucasian people (if you could be racist towards them, he definitely is)... and tbf, he's the cause of most of my mental issues so if he pushes for why I want therapy in the first place, he's definitely not going to let me go to therapy

@Idfkanymorelol Find a therapist who is of your culture then. They are ABSOLUTELY out there and can specialize in that sort of thing.
I know it's not easy and I'm making it sound like it is but just look for ways. Cause it really sounds like you're suffering.

I guess my question would be why do you feel like you need to ask your dad? Is it because of financial reasons?
If so, I'd lead with pretty much what scrof said

@HijabaDabbaDoo partiality due to financial reasons... tho, its far from the main reason
@Idfkanymorelol and tbh, I'll probably ask my older sister if she can get me into therapy cus she works at our local nursing station/clinic
