Idk if im spiritual or crazy

I don't wanna go into details too much, but as a kid I daydreamed so hard about lives of these characters that didn't exist, especially when im in a bad phase in my life I swear there's presence of something that isn't me in my brain, it's like another consciousness but I don't think that one only exist in my body it's also somewhere else
