I had to look it up.

No sex. No dating. No marriage. No children.

It's a free country, and people are free to say 'no' all they want to those four things. Where is the "criminal behavior" in saying 'no' to them??

@ElwoodBlues Their WOMAD faction is where the criminal activity comes in. It’s an online activity, but online threats are also illegal. Some members claim responsibility for real sexual assaults as well.

@SW-User Thanks for the link! I followed it, couldn't find any connection between WOMAD and 4b. Instead, it references https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ilbe_Storehouse which appears to be a far-right misogynist Korean website that WOMAD is in reaction to.
