Everyone talks about Hoarders - but how about serial Purgers?

People that throw away new things - and then you have to rebuy them...

@SW-User Same - so talking about the opposite of a hoarder here - like it gets thrown out, then have to rebuy another the next day....I'm so friggin annoyed right now....
