Everyone talks about Hoarders - but how about serial Purgers?

People that throw away new things - and then you have to rebuy them...

I'm a serial purger that's mostly in control of it now. I get overwhelmed by too many things. I don't throw away new things, but I still often look for things that need to be donated or tossed out
