I've loved ones that have it, so I'm not gonna ask anything and just be supportive if that's okay?
You're not alone, and to my knowledge it's usually due to trauma as a child, extreme trauma. You're not a bad person, you just deal with something most of us don't have to face. If you need to someone about it I'm all ears.
I've personally got OCD, Persistent Depressive Disorder and ADHD.
