"Shadow"
In this drawing I focused on the shadows that often visits us at night time when we lay restless and can't fall asleep. So we think of regrets and reminisce pain and fear from the past. And worry about more pain and fear in the future.
When we're stuck in these shadows my best advice is to journal. Post it on SW, to a friend, or write it down somewhere for yourself. Get it all out of the system.
