Everyone has insecurities at the very least and if they can't admit to any at all then they probably have narcissistic personality disorder or they're just plain afraid of appearing weak. Nobody is bulletproof.

Normies do exist, yes.

They actually like being on this planet.

It's weird.

See people get mixed up about mental health issues . That’s a nice name in the medical area to have mental health issues . They do great work don’t get me wrong .
At times peoples worsts fears are labels people put on others . That’s where all the fear comes from other peoples labels and if think deeply into mental health issues the worst thing you can do is when your great yourself is to label a mental heath issue on them .
They actually get worse mentally over that label , and that label then turns into addictions to avoid mental health labels ………………………………………….
That’s my rant on that part …………
At times and I seen it in everyone and it’s your question mental health issues .
There all spiritual attacks and usually when people get hit by them takes them all the way back too teenage years ……………………
I look at it as spiritual attacks …..
The though process starts mainly from teenage years .
Will I tell you another label that you’ll slap on you and it’s another false belief after mental health issues .
SOCIAL pressure , social anxiety, social awkwardness.
There all the next labels and do you know with all of that thinking where that brings you into another mental health label SELF PITY .
See it’s the labels that your slapping on yourself is making you feel that way .
EVERYONE DOES IT .
Do you ever hear the sane 😂😂😂😂
What a mad world 😂😂😂😂 .
That’s your answer 😊😊😊😊 .
Do you know the labels you put on yourself . Look deeply I mean very deeply cause your asking about mental health issues .
It’s the mental chatter in the mind .
That’s not mental health issues .
If you really want to know what it is , is that your trying leave go off something .
Something your afraid of

mental health status fluctuates throughout life. unless you are born healthy and die young, there will be issues to deal with for all the rest of us
Issues? Some have been diagnosed. I think each of has lives and breathes and thinks. The key is to learn to handle stress. And balance. Work and home life. Do those and you have less problems. Do not and find you have emotional or eorse problems. Get help and treatment if you need to. My opinion.

I think everyone has something, whether they admit it or not. Might be depression, anxiety, mild OCD, gambling addiction, etc etc.

Dorothy Rowe, a psychologist who specialised in treating depression, said in one of her books something along the lines that we're all in the DSM, at least once lol! My interpretation was that was a criticism of DSM but also an acknowledgement of individual differences.

There would have to be or you wouldn't know what "mental issues" were.
It feels like everyone wants us to live in a new insane world.
I wouldn't say that I don't have problems, but I refuse to give in to the delusions of others just because it's the in thing right now.
Nor if I went to a delusional State myself would I expect others to have to go along with it.

I think so. Normal people who have a job or a business, a partner or family they get along with well, goals, enjoy life etc.

We all have something. It's the depth of that thing and how it effects us that is the 'issue'. If we were all just more aware that we're all different in the first place, then maybe it wouodnt be as big of a deal.
just me.

rest yu'all are mad as hatters
