Ok i just got in trouble. Any help on what to do?

So basically I have stuff happening at home like- horrible stuff and my teacher just got me in trouble for blurting things out. (I apologized for it all) And I have to talk to my principal abt it and they think I'm the problem but the "Gossip Queens"/ the gr 7/8 girls in my school are blaming me for everything. I have tried being nice to them it isn't working. What do I do?
