It does sound very much so.
I know it can be hard for your mind to comprehend and appreciate such a thing, especially if you have been conditioned to “worship” your ‘mother’.
And always be by her side believing whatever she says no matter what.
We are told that our DNA family will always mean the best for us but that doesn’t need to be true at all.
You don’t owe anyone anything, not even the ones who you share blood with. You don’t have to love them just because she is your parent, I have never experienced love but I’m sure that it’s earned.
You can choose your own family, a found one who have earned your respect, trust and love in a good and friendly way:)
