Sometimes I just want someone to listen to me..

That's all I want, I'm always panicking and repeating words but I just want some to listen...

Its ok, just breath and do things u like such as listen to music or whatever. Talk to a family member or friends if u have any..


You could maybe talk to someone that has a job to do with this.


Or sometimes saying how u are feeling to strangers does help
