I've come to terms that it's okay to not be okay, and it's made it more okay.

But in the end if it never completely solves the issue it's all the same isn't it?

I am the blackest of the black sheep of the family. It all stared with transparency for me which caused further rejection but i found i accepted myself more and didn’t look to others for approval.

You state you want to be better. i am going to presume that your emotional detachment is one aspect of yourself that you want to address.
That requires therapy if you aren’t already in therapy with goals that you and your therapist agree on.
in order to esteem yourself will require personal and occupational goals.
Any ideas on what you want to pursue for future improvement?

@Pfuzylogic No, growing up I had very controlling people around so I'm still working on figuring out making choices on my own, the first that comes to mind would be physique but I physically can't due to medical issues, and as for occupation I also don't know but I can't do much anyways due to being disabled

I can’t measure your intelligence but your response to me is very intelligible.
Physical therapy would be in order if you aren’t currently engaged in it.
If you want to put forward the effort, there should be nothing hindering you to earn online certifications or degrees.
You might want to research what is available through google. .
