I’m seeing things after my friend blocked me

I feel a weird presence around me always, i feel like theres other things besides the camera in my room that are watching me.. at one point i heard whispers that said my d3ad-n4m3; it made me feel very uncomfortable when i was , i don’t quite know what to do so any advice?

Also about my friend, i won’t be saying their name but one day they texted me in a weird text that I couldn’t understand, but my bf had told me they texted them “I’m sorry..” but after that I started seeing tall, stiff beings in my room.. some stand there for a long time, or just a simple flash, this probably hasn’t happened to anyone else but.. has it?? Please reply if you have ☹️
