I had a consultation with my psychiatrist today and this is what he put me on

Today for the first time my young handsome doctor said i am a great person and he shared his official number in case i face more issues. So that i don't have to pay each time online for consultation.


Signs and symptoms may include...

These i can relate to:

An intense fear of abandonment

Idealizing someone one moment and then suddenly believing the person doesn't care enough or is cruel.

Impulsive and risky behavior, such as gambling, spending sprees, binge eating or alcohol abuse, or sabotaging success by suddenly quitting a good job or ending a positive relationship.

Wide mood swings lasting from a few hours to a few days, which can include intense happiness, irritability, shame

Ongoing feelings of emptiness

Have you gone the talk therapies route like Psychotherapy? i am sure you have.. just asking..

@ABCDEF7 I'm borderline hygiene OCD lol. I do yoga and run 9 kms a day. I do pranayam and meditate every morning

@SW-User Few of the remedies can help in that too. I believe when you reach a state of meditation, most of your psychological, emotional issues are resolved.
