Sometimes I feel I should also start back biting about each and every staffs to the so called boss to get the highest position

Sometimes I feel I should also start back biting about each and every staffs to the so called boss to get the highest position and humiliate other employees to get that position and power but what to do I am not a selfish bitch to do that. I can't decrease in that level though I want to because it just goes against my humanity.
