what is emptiness

when you feel like an 'emptiness' inside, like a void, connected to loneliness, i feel it from time to time and my elderly mother and father thinks it's something spiritual...anyhow i think it's a horrible feeling and hard to live with.

i live alone and my only support network are my elderly parents, and they live far away.

If you find it hard to live it, it's probably not a spiritual experience, however you can look at it from a different perspective and just allow yourself to be full of emptiness for some moments, that's good for the soul , mind and body
