Crazy old bitch

I got into it awhile ago with that crazy old bitch neighbor. She came on the side of the yard to snoop around because I sprinkled crushed chili pepers to deter her dogs from shitting here. I also placed some moth balls for a repellent she felt entitled to make a scene by telling the landlord that I'm trying to kill her dogs by poisoning them. The landlord takes her side because she's old but how is she not old when it comes to fouling and her cussing and harassing me? I'm tired of this situation. The landlord sent someone to water my area because supposedly I put poison there. This is too much. I got in a very heated argument with this old bitch because she screamed at me to shut up. Ofc I didn't back down because she's old idc if you're 71 I won't stay quiet. I called the non emergency line the lady who answered said that next time it's happening to call them then and there so, that they can go handle her. I spoke to the landlord about it and he said he feels sorry for her because she's old and sick. Yeah so? That is no excuse for her behavior he's enabling her. She gathered two stupid people who live who don't even know me to talk about me.
