I feel a mental breakdown coming
I feel like I’m about to have another mental breakdown with my depression agin. It’s been a few years sense I felt like this last and now I’m starting to feel it again.

Are you on medication? You should do anything to prevent having when because it'll take years away from your life, but you already know that.
