There are people with legitimate mental health issues. However there are those that use it as a vehicle for clout. What do you think?

I don’t think it’s a trendy thing. But it’s become a common thing. Also doctors can make more money if they can prescribe meds for certain conditions to treat the symptoms rather than tell them a way to cure it naturally.

People have been saying that since at least at least the 90s. As far as I can tell it’s never been true.

We're just more aware of mental illness. My mom will say back in her day there wasn't anxiety and depression, then she'll describe how she's feeling and it's a classroom example of anxiety and depression

People are not clear about philosophy of life, not do they understand how our mind and emotions work. This has led to mental weakness in people to face the challenges of life.

@Lilnonames I’ve seen this boy practically bouncing off the walls because when he was in 2nd grade his teacher encouraged parents to send birthday cupcakes to school for their child’s birthday, loaded with sugar and food dyes. I could tell when he came home and started knocking things over and squirming around that he had eaten something sweet & I would ask him. That teacher would let them eat those cupcakes the last 30 minutes of class and then send the kids home for the parents to deal with. There is a pediatrician who has said that sugar consumption is the link to hyperactivity disorder because it stimulates the neurotransmitter dopamine.
