I think I am officially having a nervous breakdown

Turns out they'll just sell insulin to you if you need it because it's not a drug of abuse and you could die without it. So ironic.

Thankfully the appointment happened and now I feel too tired to do any nonsense.

The real danger with these episodes is how each time I take a step closer. I had the idea before but now I have access. Next time I might obtain the item. How many more of these am I going to survive? Eventually I'm going to complete the plan if I don't do something to stop myself.
