Sui#dal thoughts

I’ve lost my only father figure, an uncle , 4 aunts, and 2 cousins throughout my life

I’ve been entertaining the idea of joining them, the only thing that has stopped me is the feeling that it would be selfish to leave my younger siblings and mother.

Is normal to entertain Leaving your own hands?

I think about committing suicide quite often but that would just be too easy. Keep your head up

Of course it is normal to have thoughts like this sometimes. You have had a lot of losses and sadness. BUT please do not give in to these thoughts. Your siblings and your mother do need you. You are worthwhile in your own right. Please live and find the support that you need to become happier and stronger.

I sometimes get suicidal ideation. It's not uncommon. It doesn't mean you'll act on it though. Don't give in to the thoughts. Remember life can get better.
