Every one is different, We are also all self centered, you just don't see it in yourself.

There are very few Mother Teresa types in the world, that always put others first.

We all need to be less selfish, and do more for other people. It creates happiness, which
can also be considered selfish.

If you do something for others because it makes you happy, are you not selfish?

They tend to prioritize themselves at the centre of everything. Once you notice that in a person, you tend to look at them differently. 'cos you know them. They fail to keep the balance between what they give/send out and how it's perceived at the receiving end.
I don't know either. That's the way people just are.
