when someone says ' i can't do something' what should i do or how should i react

sometimes i have paranoia and have thoughts that people or other men, who are influential and powerful, are trying to stop me achieving what i want or stopping me from having a girlfriend by influencing women to stay away from me or telling them not to interact with me?

so when i see someone online or in real life say that ' i can't do something' or just using the word 'can't' in their post or conversation, i think it means that that person is really meaning that ' i can't have what i want in life?'.

then i start to feel angry and wonder how to react to that? or what to think and do?

can anyone understand or help?

The only person stopping you, is you, by paying too much attention to what others say and do.
It's your life and you are entitled to as much happiness as the next person so don't let the 'influential and powerful' interfere in your life where they have no right.
The way you react is like striking the air, it gets you nowhere.
