I have a fear of vomiting

I hold in the vomit so it can be released the other way lol. I woke up sick from drinking expired milk and I could feel the pain in my belly , I have been groaning all morning , a friend of mine said I need to vomit to get it out my system but I’m so scared I’m gonna cry

@Queendragonfly I stood from 3am all the way to 10 procrastinating.. but I still feel like crap after vomiting it’s horrible
